The range varies by model but generally falls between 20 to 60 miles, depending on factors like terrain and assist level.

Charging times vary, but it typically takes 4-6 hours for a full charge. Some models offer fast-charging options for quicker turnaround.

- Are your electric bikes road legal in the UK?
We sell electric bikes which comply with UK e-bike regulations, allowing them to be used on public roads and cycle paths without a license. They must be pedal assisted only, up to a maximum of 250W, and not propel the bike over 15.5mph. We may also sell e-bikes outside of these regulations with higher power or twist and go throttles, but these can only be used away from public roads and cycle paths unless they are Type Approved. Our product descriptions include details of each electric bike. Please see here for the latest UK GOV rules. It is solely the customer’s duty to make sure that you adhere to all UK legal requirements when using your e-bike. PEDAL & RIDE will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from the failure to fulfil these legal requirements.
- Do you provide assembly services for online purchases?
Some of our e-bikes are shipped partially assembled and come with simple instructions on how to assemble the remaining parts (usually just attaching the pedals, and aligning the handlebars). It's very easy and only requires basic skills.
Others may be shipped fully assembled as specified in the description for those particular e-bikes.
- Can I use my own accessories with your electric bikes?
Yes, most standard bike accessories are compatible. However, check with our team for specific compatibility concerns.
- Are there any weight restrictions for riders?
Our electric bikes typically have weight limits. Check the specifications of the specific model you're interested in for this information.
- How do I choose the right size for an electric bike?
Follow our size guide here to help you choose the correct size
- How water-resistant are e-bikes?
In general, the drive systems and components used are designed to be water-resistant under normal riding conditions, including rain.
However, do not use a steam jet or high-pressure cleaner to clean your e-bike. Due to the high pressure, water could penetrate through seals and damage the drive system and components.
