Virum Step Foldable E-Bike
I spent a long time doing online electric folding bike research, and didn't want a Chinese bike. So I was really pleased to discover Hygge which met all my requirements. It's a good build quality and looks good and folds easily. It's the best lightest weight folding e-bike I could find for the money.

Wow, I was completely blown away by my new Hygge Vester bike when it arrived over the weekend. We chose the white colour, which is really stylish. I have had lots of compliments on how fabulous it looks too. I got a basket for mine, my husband opted for panniers. I just love it so much. I have problem knees so having the option to press for assistance is life changing. I managed to get up a troublesome hill with no problem whatsoever. I will never go back to a normal bike. You honestly can't go wrong buying a Hygge.

I'm 62 and have just come back from a run on my new bike.
The bike is a hardtail and does not have rear suspension but I've not found this an issue on the runs I've done.
The bike is pretty well equipped with Suntour forks, Tekna disc brakes and Shimano gears with grip selector. The saddle is pretty comfortable too, certainly compared to my road bike.
The battery has three levels depending on the terrain and the help you need.
It has a 500watt battery and a 250watt motor. I found this more than adequate for the hills and trails around Herefordshire.
If you like cycling but the roads are too busy then get one of these and head off road into the countryside.

I love the 'sit up and beg' position of the bike, perfect for my needs and so much more comfortable than having to lean forwards too far.

Absolutely loving my new A arhus Step-Through E Bike. Very impressed with its looks, quality and value for money. I find the bike comfortable and easy to ride ( I'm 6' 3" tall, and the wrong side of 60 years old !) and am currently achieving more than 30 miles between battery recharges.

These bikes are fantastic. The quality is extremely high which leads to a comfortable smooth riding experience. I’ve ridden a vast array of electric bikes and found Hygge to be ahead of the other brands. This brand can be trusted as high quality and enjoyable to ride. Would recommend to buy to anyone considering a new E-Bike.

first time using Electric mtb bike and the power is great on the difficult hills on my regular commute a couple of which I couldn’t cycle up as they were too steep. The bike is really well made and looks fantastic.

Never having owned or ridden an electric bike before, I couldn’t believe how easy to ride and how powerful the assist on this bike is - my wife says it makes her feel a lot fitter than she really is! The gears are effortless and the ride is very smooth. We can definitely recommend the Emu Classic and are looking forward to longer rides once the weather improves.

Great bike, lightweight and easy to set up and ride. The controls are super easy to use and I've so far only had to use level 1 assist as it gives a super boost. It could maybe do with a few higher gears, but really not a problem. Definitely would recommend it.

Very easy to setup and a comfortable ride. I am over 70 and recovering from a major operation so the bike is an ideal way for me to get back into cycling. The electric motor cuts in whenever I start to go uphill and cuts out when not needed on the flat or downhill. Plenty of power and with panniers fitted it can carry a considerable weight. The only downside is the bike is quite heavy to move around.
